No two teams think alike

Scuba is the shared context engine for teams and their agents. So everyone can stay aligned and move faster, together.

Why we’re building Scuba

We believe AI should amplify your judgment, taste, and expertise. Every company should build with a mind of its own.

Scuba is the shared memory your team has been missing. Capture anything. Share what matters. Scuba organizes it all automatically.

We’re building Scuba for people who never want to lose a great idea. For companies that want to move smarter together. For teams with a mind of their own.

Why alignment matters more than ever

Everyone is moving faster on their own with AI. But how many teams feel they’re moving smarter together?

Speed doesn’t add up when the team runs in different directions. Effort gets wasted. Lessons get orphaned. Tempers run hot.

Old alignment tools can’t keep up. The all-hands is too slow. The wiki too stale. The strategy docs too long.

AI gives you instant answers. But your competitors get the same ones, averaged from the public internet.

Your team isn’t average. It has a point of view.

Context is everything

Frontier models aren’t intelligence bound. They’re context constrained. That’s why we’re building Scuba. Two breakthroughs make it possible.

AI can instantly make sense of fragmented context. The tabs, screenshots, Slack threads, PDFs, and voice braindumps. So your learning compounds.

AI can track your team’s knowledge, decisions, and plans as they evolve. No manual editing required. Imagine Karpathy’s LLM Wiki, upgraded for your whole team.

The companies that win will keep their teams and agents continuously learning and aligned. Scuba makes that possible for every team.

How 10 people can have the impact of 100

  • We run complex projects with under 2 hours of meetings a week. Product specs, eng plans, and team discussions live in shared Collections. No person or agent starts from scratch.
  • We turn customer feedback into fixes, fast. Captured onboarding calls and follow-up texts get picked up by a teammate’s agent that automatically ships the fix.
  • We write with our shared wisdom. It grounds every new product doc, technical plan, and customer follow-up.
  • We encode our best practices in dynamic skills. Our product copy skill pulls the latest release notes and customer issues before applying its principles.
  • We keep up with the industry in half the time. Markets, models, and engineering best practices.

Our team, built in New York City

We're a team of just ten people, most of whom have worked together at Google, Slack, Meta, and hypergrowth startups. The median person has a dozen-plus years of building. We put that hard-won judgment, taste, and perspective to work with Scuba, while embracing that the playbook for building software gets rewritten every month. We're lucky to work together in the West Village five days a week. No video meetings. Lots of in-person talks and whiteboard sketches.
